Ken Ludlow is an experienced project manager currently employed at PBS Systems Inc. since April 2016. Prior to this role, Ken served as Retail Store Manager at ECS Coffee Inc., where responsibilities included directing operations and coaching a team to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue. Ken also held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Indigo, leading the Kids department and significantly increasing Toy category sales while providing coaching to enhance team performance. Earlier experience includes a decade as Store Manager at Blockbuster Canada, focusing on operational management, employee training, and financial performance analysis. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from the University of Toronto Mississauga, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
