Teresa Davis

Teresa Davis is a seasoned professional in customer success and support, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at PBS Systems Inc. since September 2014, having previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Software Support Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, Teresa worked at Dubuque Data Services from October 2007 to July 2014 as a Support Analyst. Teresa holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Hamilton Technical College, earned between May 1988 and November 1989.
