Ingrid Ortega

Ingrid Ortega is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at PBS since October 2021, Ingrid has held various roles in the field, including Manager and HR Specialist for Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. Prior experience includes positions at WETA as an HR Associate and Training and Development Specialist, and as the Professional Development and Training Coordinator at the Restaurant Association of Maryland Education Foundation. Ingrid's background also includes serving as a Senior Operations Advisor at Warby Parker and an Optometric Technician at National Vision Inc. Ingrid holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Analytics and Management from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Services from Old Dominion University.
