Maricella B.

Maricella B. has extensive experience in early childhood education and program administration. Currently serving as the Director of Early Learning Solutions at PBS since December 2019, Maricella previously held significant roles at KLRN, including Vice President of Education and Director of Education, from December 2008 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Coordinator at Avance-San Antonio, where Maricella managed the Early ON School Readiness Program and developed partnerships with community agencies. Maricella also worked as a Home Visitor, providing individualized support to families. Maricella began the professional journey as a Literacy Tutor with AmeriCorps, focusing on literacy for emergent readers. Maricella holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Boston University.
