Prior to this, Andreas Bartsch was the Programme/Account Manager at Santam Ltd from 2003 to 2007, where the role involved establishing IT infrastructure and systems for the Westminster Motor Insurance Association. Andreas Bartsch holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Project and Programme Management from Cranefield College.
