Kristian Dreyer is an experienced finance and operations professional with a solid background in back office management and reconciliation. Currently serving as Head of Back Office at PBU - Pædagogernes Pension since December 2024, Kristian previously held the same position at Forca from January 2020 to December 2024, overseeing multiple specialist teams in areas such as Corporate Actions and Derivatives Operations. Prior experience includes roles at Nordea Investment Management, where Kristian served as Head of Reconciliation and Cash Management as well as in various analyst positions, and at Morningstar as a Data Relationship Manager. Kristian holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting and a B.Sc. in Business Administration, both from Copenhagen Business School.
