Joel Quidort

Joel Quidort is a seasoned project control professional with extensive experience across various industries, including construction, energy, and technology. Currently serving as the Sr. Project Controls for the Southeast Region at PC Construction Company since August 2025, Joel previously held positions such as Project Control Lead of Proposals at Black & Veatch and Earned Value Deltek Cost Admin at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included system upgrades and custom reporting. Additional experience includes serving as Master Project Control Planner at Duke Energy Corporation and Project Controls Consultant at PMA Consultants, where expertise in cost, schedule, and resource planning was demonstrated using multiple planning software. Joel began a career in project control as Lead Project Control Scheduler at General Electric and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Central Florida.
