Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at PC-Doctor

Graham Sills has extensive experience in quality assurance and testing, with a focus on software and application testing. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at AOL International as an Application Tester and Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they gained experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

In 2010, Sills joined Pilz as a Software Test Engineer & Team Lead. Graham was responsible for managing the testing of the largest and most complex team within the organization. Graham demonstrated their expertise in improving test coverage through requirement gap analysis, risk analysis, and defect escape analysis. Sills also received recognition for raising the most defects in the organization for three consecutive years.

At Pilz, Sills was promoted to Senior Software Test Engineer Team Lead in 2013. In this role, they introduced QA process changes that increased quality and efficiency while reducing business costs. Graham also led the development of a Test Automation strategy, resulting in increased efficiency and accuracy while reducing maintenance efforts.

Currently, Sills is a part of PC-Doctor, Inc. since 2016. Graham started as a Quality Assurance Engineer II and was later promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in 2017.

From 2001 to 2005, they attended Waterford Institute of Technology, where they obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Commercial Software Development.

Prior to that, from 1995 to 2000, they completed their Leaving Certificate at Bridgetown Vocational College.

In terms of additional certifications, in 2022, they obtained the certification "Computing in Python III: Data Structures" from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

In the same year, they also obtained the certification "Computing in Python II: Control Structures" from the same institution.

Earlier, in 2020, they acquired the certification "Computing in Python I: Fundamentals and Procedural Programming" from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

In 2016, they received the certification "Microsoft DAT201x: Querying with Transact-SQL" from Microsoft.

In 2011, they obtained the "ISTQB Certificate in Software Testing" from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.

Finally, at an undisclosed time, they earned the "PC Maintenance and Networking" certification from Waterford Institute of Technology.
