Erin is a Managing Director and leader of the global Strategy & Innovation practice at P&C. She is one of the Firm’s most experienced client advisors on issues of strategy, innovation, growth, and business transformation. Erin partners with our clients to achieve strategic growth and optimize resource allocation by pursuing transformative innovation.

With deep expertise in high-tech, manufacturing, luxury retail, travel and hospitality, and professional services industries, Erin partners with client CEOs and top executive teams on corporate strategy, innovation, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, business-model innovation, performance improvement, end-to-end transformations, and board-related issues.

In her current role, Erin is actively involved in building P&C’s expertise in innovation transformation. This work includes understanding how corporations can best deliver and scale innovation concepts such as setting up accelerators, incubators, and other entrepreneurial approaches to establishing new sources of revenue and productivity while reinventing customer experience and delivery models.
