Jana Duncan

Jana is a Managing Director and member of the Performance practice at P&C. Jana leads our corporate restructuring and performance competency centers. She brings over 20 years of experience with domain expertise in operating model design and optimization, turnarounds, digital transformation, change management, and competitive strategy. Her industry experience includes financial services, private equity, high-tech, professional services, logistics, and aviation.

Jana began her career at General Electric where she held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility culminating in General Electric’s Corporate Development organization where she contributed to mergers and acquisitions, capability development, and transformation initiatives. From there, she held several positions with increasing responsibilities at HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, and T5 Capital where she led corporate development functions that successfully executed many complex acquisitions and strategic divestitures in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Oceania.
