Nadim Saaleh

As P&C’s Chief Operating Officer, Nadim leads our operational leaders in helping drive business operations worldwide. He is a member of the Executive Committee and Chairs the Global Operating Committee – linking strategy, execution, and accountability and aligning the organization around shared objectives.

Nadim also spends a significant portion of his time with our clients in guiding senior client executive teams on complex operations, process transformation, and technology transformation initiatives across multiple industries including retail, manufacturing, logistics, and information technology.

Nadim’s career began with luxury retailer Holt Renfrew where he ultimately became the senior executive accountable for logistics. His career in the retail industry culminated at global luxury retail parent company, Groupe Galeries Lafayette, where he served in senior leadership roles in logistics, operations, technology, and acquisition integration across the group’s brands in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and East Asia.
