Jean-Carlos Oyola-Negron, DDI/CDCA, is a seasoned expert in DDI engineering with extensive experience in technical account management and professional services. Currently serving as Senior DDI Engineer Technical Account Lead at PC Network, Inc. since May 2023, Jean-Carlos was previously a Senior Professional Services Consultant at Infoblox from July 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included executing over 60 DDI migrations across various sectors and ensuring successful implementations with a 99% success rate. Prior roles include Professional Services Engineer and Resident Engineer at Infoblox, as well as Network Engineer III at CACI International Inc. and Network Infrastructure Supervisor in the United States Air Force.
