Brad Nagel has over 21 years of experience in the information technology field, currently serving as Service Desk Manager and previously as Senior Network Engineer at PCA Technology Group since November 2011. Prior to this role, Brad worked at Binatech System Solutions as a Network Engineer from January 2008 to November 2011 and served as a Network Administrator at West Herr Automotive Group from May 2002 to January 2008. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from SUNY Brockport, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
