Pat Shay

Pat Shay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership training, coaching, and improvisational education. Currently serving as a Faculty Member at PCA since November 2018, Pat specializes in leadership training and experiential coaching. As a Core Faculty and Solutions Designer with Business Improvisations since August 2008, Pat fosters an improvisational mindset among diverse business professionals through engaging sessions. Additionally, Pat has been an Instructor at The Peoples Improv Theater since 2003, teaching improvisation techniques and contributing to curriculum development. Previous roles include Coach/Facilitator at Mind Gym, where impactful workshops were delivered using psychological and neuroscience tools, and Membership Coordinator at the Strategic Account Management Association, focusing on B-to-B sales and client service. Pat Shay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Loyola University New Orleans.
