Jeff de Serrano

Jeff De Serrano has extensive work experience in the field of sales and management. Jeff currently holds the position of President North America at PCB Technologies Ltd. since October 2021. Before that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Sales at APCT from January 2020 to September 2021. In this role, they successfully led a sales team, managed domestic and global sales, and implemented strategic planning and improved business processes. Prior to APCT, Jeff worked at Streamline Circuits, where they served as the National Sales Manager from August 2013 to June 2019. Jeff also had global sales responsibility for large OEMs in the US and managed significant offshore sales activities. Jeff's earlier work experience includes serving as the President of Inter-Circuit Solutions, Inc. from April 1996 to June 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the company's overall vision, strategic direction, and operational management. Jeff also had responsibilities in inside sales, technical sales and marketing, accounting, and system engineering. Throughout their career, Jeff has gained expertise in selling various products, including printed circuit boards, sheet metal fabrication, microwave circuit boards, contract manufacturing services, design services, cable harnesses, and total integration.

Jeff De Serrano attended DeVry University from 1989 to 1993 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a focus on Electronics/Software and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they completed courses such as "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" and "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn in January 2019.
