Neil Hayslett

Neil Hayslett currently holds the position of Senior EVP/Chief Operating Officer at PCB. Prior to this role, Neil served as the EVP/Chief Operating Officer at F&M Bank Corp for over two decades. With a background in Audit Management and Branch Management at S B Hoover & Company and First American Bank, N.A. respectively, Neil brings years of experience in overseeing various aspects of financial institutions. Neil holds an MS in Accounting from James Madison University and a BS in Business Administration & Economics from Bridgewater College.
