Crystal Hasan

Crystal Hasan has a diverse work experience. Crystal currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PCBB. In this role, they oversee all aspects of HR management, aligns HR practices with business goals, and drives talent acquisition and development strategies. Prior to their current role, Crystal worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at ADP, where they collaborated with small businesses in the Bay Area to implement strategic HR initiatives. Crystal also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner Associate at Sandia National Laboratories, providing support for various HR activities. Earlier in their career, Crystal served as a Staffing Manager at The Optime Group, where they were responsible for daily operations and maintaining customer satisfaction. Crystal began their professional journey as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they focused on customer service and account management.

Crystal Hasan obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration - Human Resource Management from California State University, Stanislaus in 2008. In January 2016, they obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
