Lex Janner, MBA, is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at PPC Structurals, Inc. With extensive experience in both large and startup environments, they have consistently demonstrated an ability to enhance efficiencies and drive profitability through Lean initiatives and effective team leadership. Lex has held significant roles at companies including The Crosby Group and Schlumberger, where they made substantial contributions to safety, financial performance, and operational improvements. They hold an MBA from LeTourneau University, along with a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
