Jennifer R. Diaz is a partner at PCCP. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including asset management, fund management, and dispositions.
Jennifer began their career as a senior analyst at Archon Group in 1997. In 2000, they joined PCCP as a senior vice president and pioneered the role of multifamily portfolio manager. During their 14 years with the company, they led the management and sale of 30,000+ units and developed and executed business plans for a portfolio of over $1 billion in real estate value. In 2013, they transitioned to working remotely and continued to lead a large portfolio of investments.
In 2018, Jennifer returned to PCCP as a managing director. Jennifer is responsible for overseeing a multifamily portfolio of $1 billion in equity and $2.7 billion in real estate value, comprised of 31 properties and 10,000+ units. Jennifer is also a fund manager for a separate account with a pension fund, overseeing multiple platforms with over 30 unique investments, $2.5 billion+ of real estate value, and $1.1 billion+ of equity position. In addition, they are the asset manager of commercial properties totaling $1 billion+ in real estate value, comprised of for-sale housing, land, retail, office, and industrial assets.
Jennifer R. Diaz has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. Jennifer also has a degree from Pepperdine University.
