Hatem Alhamaideh

Hatem Alhamaideh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as AVP - Head of Service Delivery at PCCW GLOBAL Limited since May 2012, Hatem oversees service delivery for the MENA region and is responsible for aligning AP and AR targets with vendor management. Prior roles include Project Manager in Global Service Delivery at PCCW, where Hatem managed high-value international projects, and Project Manager at Tarkeeb, handling significant telecommunications projects for major clients such as Etisalat and du. Earlier experience includes positions as Account Manager and Technical Sales Engineer at Middle East Specialized Cables, where Hatem was involved in commercial negotiations and technical sales across various Gulf and Asian markets, as well as a Telecom Project Engineer at BETA for Engineering & Contracting, focusing on network infrastructure design and supervision. Hatem holds an MSc in Marketing from The University of Huddersfield and a BSc in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from Mutah University.
