James Jordan

James Jordan is an experienced System Architect at PCCW GLOBAL Limited since June 2016, specializing in Voice, Mobility, Security, and UCaaS systems worldwide while working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Previously served as AVP UCaaS Engineering, managing PCCW Global's UCaaS infrastructure across EMEA, US, and APAC. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at voxclever and Weavesys, Director of Technology, Operations, and Product Development, and Head of Technical Operations at InTechnology PLC, among others in network operations management. James Jordan holds a BEng(Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester.
