Linda Cham

Linda Cham is an accomplished executive in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Vice President of Mobility and Carrier Business at PCCW GLOBAL Limited and as a member of the Advisory Council at the Pacific Telecommunications Council since May 2023. With extensive experience at Telstra from 2015 to 2022, Linda led global procurement and carrier management, overseeing supplier relationships and strategic sourcing across multiple regions. Previously, Linda held senior positions at Pacnet, managing supplier relations and financial performance, and at Verizon, where responsibilities included network planning and supplier sourcing strategy. Linda holds a Bachelor of Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
