Randy Whitney

Randy Whitney has extensive experience in quality assurance, network engineering, and interconnection strategy within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as AVP of Quality Assurance at PCCW Global since August 2015, Randy has played a key role in developing and maintaining network architecture and infrastructure. Prior roles include Director of Interconnection Strategy at GTT, where Randy focused on global partnerships and enhancing customer experience, and Principal Engineer and Manager of Global Peering at Verizon, contributing significantly to corporate revenue generation. Randy's career began with various engineering and programming positions at UUNET, ISI Systems, and American Management Systems, showcasing a strong foundation in technology and systems development. Randy holds an MS in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University and dual BS degrees in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
