Jiao William

Jiao William worked as the Chief Legal Counsel in the PRC region at PCCW starting in November 2008. Prior to that, they were a Legal Consultant at TOM GROUP from July 2003 to April 2007.

Jiao William attended China University of Political Science and Law from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Commercial law.
