Zack Yau

Zack Yau possesses extensive experience in software quality assurance, currently serving as the Software Quality Assurance Lead for New Media at PCCW since December 2015, where responsibilities include setting up QA teams and redefining workflows, alongside recommending best practices and tools. Prior to this role, Zack worked as a QA Specialist at Powa Technologies from October 2014 to December 2015, contributing to the Client Support and Implementation Team by monitoring production issues and implementing contingency plans for critical problems before launches. Zack began a career in quality assurance as the Quality Assurance Assistant Manager at Green Tomato Limited from April 2012 to September 2014, where project progress was reported directly to the CEO, QA team schedules were organized, and testing methodologies were briefed to team members at the start of projects.
