Rachel Pearl

Rachel Pearl is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in valuation and forensic accounting. Currently serving as Vice President and Valuation Associate at PCE Investment Bankers since May 2019, Rachel engages in comprehensive valuation practices, including fairness and solvency opinions, ESOP assignments, and financial reporting. Prior to PCE, Rachel held significant roles at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, and RGL Forensics, where responsibilities included senior consultancy in global forensics and forensic accounting. Earlier career experiences include consulting at Stahl Consulting Group, teaching as an adjunct professor of accounting at Valencia College, and working as a tax specialist at J. K.’s Tax Service. Rachel holds a Master of Accounting in Forensic Accounting and Business Valuation from Florida Atlantic University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, and an Associate's degree from Monmouth University.
