David Morgan

David Morgan is the current Director at PCF Bank. Prior to joining PCF Bank, David was the Head of Treasury Credit Risk Management at EBRD from September 2013 to February 2017. From September 2004 to August 2013, David was the Managing Director/Director - Global Credit Risk at Dresdner Bank/Commerzbank. David Morgan has also held positions at Rabobank, Credit Suisse, and NationsBank NA.

David Morgan completed a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Economics at Lancaster University. Prior to this, they attended Lancaster Royal Grammar School and Ripley St Thomas Church of England Academy.
