And as the head of our around-the-clock operating environment, Kevin leads best-in-the-business onsite and remote tech experts with a forward-facing, cost-conscious philosophy that supports current and emerging digital platforms.
In addition to guiding a full spectrum of technology needs, from backend systems and warehousing to customer facing and communications, Kevin has a passion for big data initiatives and is responsible for overseeing 100 million data-enriched unique customer profiles. Managing, updating and filtering this data provides the infrastructure behind the targeted experiences, programmatic advertising, analytics and solutions that first-party data provides for both our B2B and B2C channels.
Kevin joined PCH in 2009, after a 14-year career at CMP Media where he held the position of CIO. His 20+ years of experience have made him an expert at leveraging data, driving functionality and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
