Faith Wei

Faith Wei is an experienced Finance Controller with a progressive career spanning over two decades in financial management and operations. Currently at PCH International since March 2013, Faith oversees finance operations for five entities with an annual revenue of US$ 1 billion, focusing on financial performance, business planning, and tax strategies. Previous roles include Finance Controller at Country Garden Holding Limited, where responsibilities involved managing finance for a leading real estate development company, and solidifying finance strategy across diverse teams. Earlier positions at Total Wireless Solution, Brunswick Boat Group, and Tyco involved financial oversight in various industries, highlighting expertise in financial analysis, process re-engineering, and team leadership. Faith holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University.
