Chris Townsley

Chris Townsley is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management, currently serving as General Manager at PCH Hotels & Resorts since February 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Director of Hotel Operations at KFK Group, overseeing independent boutique and full-service IHG branded hotels in New Orleans and managing the Westin Dallas Downtown. Chris has held multiple leadership positions, including Regional Director of Operations at RAM Hotels and General Manager at various establishments, such as The Elyton, Marriott Hotels, and Courtyard by Marriott Birmingham UAB. Chris began a career in hospitality with a focus on food and beverage operations at Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa and Hilton and Doubletree Hotels.
