David McFadden

Mr. McFadden brings extensive business experience to the PCI Geomatics Board of Directors, having served on a number of boards over the course of his career in business and the legal profession. Mr. McFadden is the Chair of the Boards of Directors of Toronto Hydro Corp. and 407 International Inc. and is a member of the board of Cricket Energy Holdings Inc. He is the President and CEO of Generation Four Capital Crop. Mr. McFadden was a long-time partner of Gowling WLG where he served on the firm’s Executive Committee and Board of Trustees in addition to being Chair of Gowling’s Energy and Infrastructure Industry Group. He is the Chair of the Energy Transformation Network of Ontario and is a member of the Council For Clean and Reliable Energy. Mr. McFadden previously served as the Chair of the Ontario Energy Association. Mr. McFadden is a member of the Board of Governors of York University in which he serves as the Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee. He formerly was the Chair of the Board of the Ontario Centres of Excellence. Mr. McFadden is also a former Chair of Toronto Region Board of Trade. Mr. McFadden currently serves on the boards of the Yonge Street Mission and Theatre Collingwood.

Mr. McFadden currently serves as the Chairman of PCI’s Board of Directors and is a member of the Governance and Compensation Committee. He has been a Board member since 1998.
