Heather Heubi

Heather Heubi, MBA, currently serves as the Director of the Proposal Support Division at PCI Government Services LLC since January 2025. Previously, Heather held various leadership roles at PAE, including Director of the NSS Proposal Solutions Team and Sr. Proposal Manager, and at Amentum as Director of the NS Proposal Solutions Team. Additional experience includes management of proposal development at OST, Inc. and earlier positions at RNB Technologies, BearingPoint, and A-T Solutions. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University.
