Michael Lee

Michael Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career in 2008 as a New Product Development Engineer at The HON Company. After that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Protek Medical Products, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they joined Schneider Electric as an Electro Mechanical Engineer from 2011 to 2014, and later moved on to be a Product Manager at the same company from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, Michael has been with CIVCO Medical Solutions, where they have held multiple roles including Product Manager from 2017 to 2018, Manager of Global Sales Operations from 2018 to 2019, Senior Manager of Global Sales Operations from 2019 to 2021, and currently works as the Director of Global Sales Operations since March 2021.

Michael Lee completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa between 2003 and 2008. Michael then pursued further education at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from 2013 to 2016.
