Adam Harris has over 14 years of work experience, starting as an Ammunition Technician in the British Army in 2008. Adam then worked as a Sales Assistant at CeX Ltd before joining Scrumpymacs as an IT Technician and later becoming an IT Process Manager. Adam then worked at ISG plc as a Procurement Administrator and 1st/2nd Line IT Support, and as an ITSM Administrator and Developer. Adam then worked at KCOM as an AWS Sysops/Devops Consultant and 2nd Line Systems Support. Adam also worked at GFM as a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer and at Elektron Technology as a DevOps Engineer before currently working as a DevOps Engineer at SETL and joining PCI Pal in 2022 in the same role. Adam'smajor responsibilities included designing and operating reliable, secure, efficient, and cost-effective systems in the cloud, using automated monitoring and alerting including Splunk, AWS Cloudwatch, and implementing CI/CD with the use of tools like Jenkins. Adam also worked with code repositories like Github and AWS CodeCommit and had experience in object-based storage with S3 and archiving data with Amazon S3 Glacier.

Adam Harris attended Copleston High School from 1997 to 2003, where they obtained their GCSE and GNVQ in various fields of study. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including AWS Business Professional Online and AWS Technical Professional Online from Amazon Web Services, ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Cherwell Administrator from Cherwell Software, Certified Snow Specialist (CSS) from Snow Software, Fire Marshall and First Aid from St Johns Ambulance, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services.
