Grafton Potter

Grafton Potter has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Grafton most recently worked at PCI Pal as the Senior Vice President of Sales for North America and ANZ, where they developed the go-to-market strategy and led a team of channel directors and direct sales. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Sales for North America at a UK-based cloud company. Before that, they worked at Spectrum Enterprise as the Director of Sales for Government and Education, where they led a team of sales managers and senior sales professionals. Grafton also served as the Director of National & Federal Accounts, rebuilding the national account acquisition team and building a federal sales team. Earlier in their career, they worked at ShoreTel as the National Sales Director for Service Providers and the National Partner Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Grafton also worked at Cox Business as a District Sales Manager, exceeding sales goals and negotiating a major contract with Wal-Mart/Sam's Club. Their earliest work experience was at Windstream Communications as a Major Account Executive, where they achieved high sales quotas and won annual sales awards. Grafton began their career at Allegiance Telecom as a Major Account Executive, quickly earning a promotion to Major Account Manager.

Grafton Potter attended Baylor University from 1995 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Later, Grafton pursued further education at John Brown University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in International Business in 2010.
