Lucias Moore has a diverse background in the field of IT, with a focus on network engineering. Lucias started their career as an Electro Mechanical Technician at Babcock International Group, where they carried out routine maintenance and repairs on military vehicles. After that, they worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Kelly Services, providing support to over 99,000 users worldwide. Lucias then joined Misco UK as a Technical Sales Advisor and NOC Analyst, where they configured and advised on IT solutions for clients. At A&O IT Group, Lucias served as an Incident Management Coordinator, handling network diagnostics and setting up switches for repair maintenance. Lucias then moved on to Lockheed Martin, where they worked as a Network Engineer, performing general administrative tasks and updating network diagrams. Lucias also gained experience as a Network Engineer at Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, where they maintained security, configured network infrastructure, and provided support to the customer team.
