Tom Nicholls

Tom Nicholls has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tom started their career as a Software Engineer at Aculab in 2000. Tom then moved on to work as a Solutions Engineer at Vocalis in 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Fluency Voice Technology Ltd as a Software Engineer and Technical Consultant.

In 2007, Tom joined Enghouse Interactive and held various roles including Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, and Account Director. Their responsibilities included handling technical questions, scoping professional services efforts, and managing new and existing relationships. In 2013, they joined Intelecom UK as an Account Manager, where they looked after key accounts and focused on improving customer satisfaction and revenue.

Tom joined PCI Pal in 2016 and has held multiple roles including Senior Technical Consultant, Head of Pre-Sales and Consultancy EMEA, Global Pre-Sales Manager, and currently the VP Sales Engineering.
