Zacky Mohammed has worked in various technical pre-sales roles throughout their career. Zacky started working at PCI Pal in 2017, where they served as the Technical Pre-Sales EMEA, responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailor-made solutions. Zacky also advised clients on PCI DSS compliance and the benefits of the company's technology. In 2018, Zacky transitioned to a Technical Pre-Sales role at the same company, focusing on the UK market. Prior to PCI Pal, they worked at VMware as a Technical Pre-Sales, where they advised and influenced clients on VMware solutions. Zacky'swork at VMware also involved developing an enablement plan for distribution. Before that, Zacky gained sales experience as a Sales Assistant at Dixons Carphone, consistently exceeding sales targets and building strong product knowledge through training programs.

Zacky Mohammed attended the University of East London from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering.
