Alfonso Bueno has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2005 with Grupo Cobra, where they served as Assistant Director/Deputy, overseeing management control and capital projects. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Construction Area Manager at TEBYCON, responsible for projects and works management in civil infrastructure construction.

In 2011, Alfonso served as an Assistant Project Manager for the construction of the Me London Hotel for the Melia Group. Alfonso also worked as a Project Manager/Project Engineer at their own company, Alfonso Bueno, providing technical consulting and designing civil infrastructure projects.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Alfonso held the role of Commercial Director at linkafirm, where they developed and implemented business strategies for internationalization through website services.

In 2013, Alfonso founded their own startup, Applicatessen, in which they served as the Owner and Director, specializing in mobile app technologies and development.

Alfonso also gained experience in construction management at seranco, s.a., where they successfully delivered urban infrastructure projects.

Alfonso then transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, joining GSK in 2015 as a Project Manager. Alfonso managed various projects, including the integration of Novartis-GSK Consumer Healthcare Business for the Iberia Market and a Procurement Optimization Project.

In 2018, Alfonso continued their project management career at GSK, focusing on projects related to Brexit and logistic changes. Alfonso then joined PCI Pharma Services in 2021, where they first served as a Project Manager before being promoted to Production Manager and currently Senior Project Manager.

Throughout their career, Alfonso has demonstrated expertise in project management, operations coordination, production planning, scheduling, and optimization, as well as construction management and technical consulting.

Alfonso Bueno has a diverse education history. Alfonso obtained a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, Spain, from 2004 to 2007. In 1998, they earned a BSc in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Burgos.

Alfonso has also pursued further education in various fields. In 2011, they completed an MBA Executive program at Industriales Escuela de Negocios - Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. This program covered subjects such as financial management, logistics, human resources, marketing, entrepreneurship, operations, purchases, and general management.

In 2019, Alfonso obtained a Prince2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from the University of Westminster. This certification focused on project management methodologies and practices.

Recently, in 2020 and 2021, Alfonso further expanded their knowledge in the field of logistics and supply chain management. Alfonso completed a program in Supply Chain Management at the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics and received a degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to supply chain analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence from various institutions such as MITx on edX, Udemy, and Maven Analytics.

Throughout their career, Alfonso has also obtained additional certifications in various areas. Some notable certifications include Lean Manufacturing Certification from Instituto Lean Management in 2017, EHS Manager certification from Fundación Confemetal in 2008, and several project management certifications, including Agile Project Management and Advanced Primavera P6.

Alfonso has consistently pursued further education and obtained certifications to expand their knowledge and expertise in a wide range of fields, including civil engineering, project management, supply chain management, and data analysis.
