Dweep Dey

Dweep Dey, LSSGB has a range of work experience in various industries. They currently work at PCI Pharma Services as a Quality Account Manager. They started in October 2020 as an Associate Quality Account Manager I, then moved up to the position of Associate Quality Account Manager II in February 2022, before being promoted to Quality Account Manager in October 2022.

Prior to working at PCI Pharma Services, Dweep was a Founding Member of the Pennsylvania Hindu Temple since April 2019.

Dweep also has volunteer experience at Anirban Bangladesh Hindu Society, USA. They volunteered from May 2011 to December 2016 and then again starting in January 2017.

In 2012, Dweep worked as a Manager at Dairy Queen from April 2012 to April 2015.

They also have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked as a QMS Analyst II at Merck from April 2020 to October 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Quality Assurance professional at Sigmapharm Laboratories, LLC from December 2019 to April 2020.

Finally, Dweep has experience as an Engineering Specialist at Medical Components, Inc. from May 2011 to August 2019.

Dweep Dey, LSSGB has a diverse education history. In 2002-2007, Dweep attended Savar Adhar Chandra High School and obtained a Secondary School Certificate with a focus on Science. From 2007-2009, Dweep attended Savar College and obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate in Science.

In 2015-2019, Dweep enrolled at Montgomery County Community College and pursued a degree in Engineering Science, with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. During this time, Dweep also earned a Certificate of Appreciation from Medical Components, Inc. for Lean White Belt training in October 2011.

Continuing their education, from 2019-2021, Dweep attended Temple University, where they focused on a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). In 2021, Dweep received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certificate from Villanova University.

In 2022, Dweep pursued further education in Lean Six Sigma and earned a Certificate from Villanova University. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification from the same institution, without specifying the month and year of completion.

Dweep also obtained additional certifications throughout their education journey. In 2010, they achieved a certification in Computer Fundamentals & Office Application from Grameen Shikha. In 2011, they received a Certificate of Appreciation during Lean White Belt training from Medical Components, Inc. In 2016, Dweep became a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society International, earning a Student Honor Society certification. Lastly, in 2023, Dweep completed a leadership training course called "Develop Your Leadership Potential" from Dale Carnegie Training.
