Gil Valdez

Gil Valadez is currently the SVP of Commercial Packaging Technology at PCI Pharma Services. Prior to this, they were a Partner and Principal at EY-Parthenon from January 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they were a Partner and Co-Founder at Jacket River - Consulting & Capital from February 2017 to January 2020.

Gil has extensive experience in delivering advisory and consulting services to Private Equity clients globally. Gil is an expert in implementing performance transformations in service operations, manufacturing, pharma, and oil & gas. Gil's service models are extremely flexible to best suit the ever changing needs of their clients.

In addition to their consulting work, Gil has also been developing an investment portfolio, focusing on providing early stage capital to start ups and acquiring small to mid cap companies.

Gil Valadez attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and graduated with a BS in MGTE (Industrial & Management Engineering). After working for a few years, they decided to further their education and attended Columbia Business School, where they obtained their MBA in Strategy and Operations. While at Columbia, they also obtained certification from McKinsey & Company in L2 Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products and from GE Healthcare in Six Sigma Black Belt.
