Kyle Wills

Kyle Wills is an experienced leader in project and program management within the biomedical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of Business Unit Project Management at PCI Pharma Services since September 2023, Wills previously held the position of Director of Program Management at Embody, Inc., which was acquired by Zimmer Biomet in February 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Global Director of Technology & Innovation at Secant Group, LLC, and various positions at DSM Biomedical, including Global Director of Portfolio Management, Director of Business Development, and Director of Product Development. Wills began a career at Kensey Nash Corporation, advancing through several engineering and management roles. Wills holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University, and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College.
