Rexhina Struga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they work at PCI Pharma Services as an Associate Quality Account Manager. In this role, they create and updates packaging instructions and material specifications, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements. During their time at Shriners Hospitals for Children, Rexhina served as an intern. At Cabrini University, they worked as a Research Assistant, conducting research on bacteriophages and annotating genomes.

Rexhina Struga completed their high school education from Archbishop Ryan High School between the years 2008 and 2012, earning a High School Diploma. Rexhina then pursued further studies at Holy Family University, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General, spanning from 2012 to 2020.
