Robert Viall

Robert Viall has a diverse work experience in operations management. Robert started their career at Colorcon in 2002 as a Lab Analyst and later became the Dispersions Manager. In 2009, they joined Colorcon again as a Capacity Manager, where they managed a team of 6 and was responsible for over 80 employees across multiple shifts. Robert demonstrated strong skills in managing multiple functional areas and plants, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and participating in acquisition teams. Robert also played a key role in developing and implementing new processes and equipment, as well as leading cross-functional teams to increase output and improve efficiency. In 2011, they joined Micron Technologies as the Director of Operations before moving to Axcentria Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Operations in 2013. In 2016, they joined Spray Products Inc. as the Director of Manufacturing Operations, and in 2019, they became the Director of Operations at Schiller Grounds Care, Inc. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at PCI Pharma Services since September 2021.

Robert Viall obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science from Delaware Valley University, completing the program from 1986 to 1990.
