Scott Collins

Scott Collins is an experienced professional specializing in contract management and negotiations within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Contracts Management at PCI Pharma Services since December 2020, Scott previously founded Collins Contract Solutions, Ltd., providing expert consultancy in contract construction, review, negotiation, and life-cycle management from October 2015 to December 2020.
