Sean P. O'Leary

Sean P. O'Leary is a seasoned professional in engineering and maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities at PCI Pharma Services since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sean held several key positions, including Head of Engineering Programs at Takeda from December 2019 to August 2023, and Global Engineering Director for CQV at Sanofi Genzyme from October 2016 to December 2019. With a strong foundation in quality and manufacturing management, Sean's career includes significant roles at Biogen, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Manager in Corporate Quality and Validation to Manufacturing Manager at both Biogen Idec and Biogen Idec Aps in Denmark.
