Beatrice Arroyo

Beatrice Arroyo, RPR, CPHR Candidate, currently serves as the Human Resources & Professional Development Coordinator at PCL Construction, where responsibilities include leading the district’s student program and planning college recruiting activities. Previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Gardewine involved managing recruitment processes for non-driver positions across Canada, fostering positive employer-employee relationships among a workforce of over 1,700 employees. Additional roles include Employment Coach at OFE - Opportunities for Employment, where Beatrice supported individuals in overcoming barriers to employment, and various positions within the hospitality industry, including Housekeeping Manager and Front Office Lead Agent. Beatrice holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University.
