Gina Belanger

Gina Belanger, NCSO, serves as a Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator at PCL Construction since February 2014, where responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring project-specific safety plans, including emergency response strategies, and providing leadership and training for safety personnel and construction teams across multiple projects. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant and Council Clerk for the City of Windsor from September 2006 to October 2010. Gina Belanger holds a National Construction Safety Officer designation from IHSA and completed a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety as well as a program in Office Administration from St. Clair College, along with training in AutoCad.
