Keith Williams

Keith Williams is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction Services at PCL Construction since January 2010. Prior to this role, Keith held the position of Senior Vice President at Aecon from February 1990 to January 2010. Keith began a career in construction at Interserve, where duties included Site Agent from May 1984 to January 1990, overseeing notable projects in the East Midlands Region, and earlier as a Site Engineer from August 1979 to May 1982 in various locations across South Wales and the North East of England. Additional experience includes serving as Site Agent at El Esayi Saif Noman Douglas in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from May 1982 to May 1984. Keith Williams earned a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool between 1976 and 1979.
