Michelle Arthurs

Michelle Arthurs, CHRL, serves as the National HRPD Director for US Operations at PCL Construction since April 2011, where responsibilities include setting the strategic direction of HRPD, consulting with leadership teams, and monitoring HRPD programs in alignment with company strategies. Previously, Michelle held the role of Regional HRPD Manager for Eastern Canadian Buildings, focusing on HRPD policies and leading DEI initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as District Human Resources/Professional Development Manager at PCL, and as Human Resources Director at Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions, managing critical human resource deliverables for various clients. Michelle is also a volunteer board member at the Learning Disability Association of Peel Region. Educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and an Honours BA in Psychology and Political Science from York University.
